Every porta-bote includes the hull, seats , transom board, bow cap , and wooden boat opener as a standard package. The 12 footmodel folds to 12' long by 24" wide and 4" thick looking like a surfboard. Small enough to car top,eliminating the hassle of pulling and storing a trailer.
12'6" Porta-bote has a wide 60" beam , 24" depth midship, and 3 bench seats.
It has a weight capacity of 670 lb ( 305 kg )
Transom board supplied will accept any short shaft gas engine weighing 56 lb or less, or any electric trolling motor with a 30" to 36" shaft without additional hardware.
Oar lock sockets are standard on all porta-botes. The 12 foot is easy to row with an pair of 6'6" deluxe
folding oars and locks.
Optional RV Mounts can be used on RVs and fifth wheel trailers as well as a locking device on garage walls etc.
Optional porta-dolly allows you to easily take your porta-bote and gear to the water.
This boat can be assembled in minutes. A wooden boat opener is included with every Porta-bote to hold the hull
open while the seats and transom are installed.
