10'8" porta-bote fills the need for a little larger boat , but it is still very
easy to handle and store. Easy to car top and a popular size with the RV
and fifth wheel group for camping. Great mid size porta-bote for float planes.
Oar locks are standard on all porta-botes and are designed for a pair of 6'6" deluxe folding oars and locks,
creating a very eco friendly easy to row light weight boat.
Three bench seats allow for more people and the 60" wide beam gives lots of
room for groceries, fishing tackle or your canine friends. Rated capacity is 3
person , 585 lb ( 266 kg )
This porta-bote folds to 10'8" long by 24"wide and 4" deep. The folded
surf board shape allows storage on the wall of a garage, or hang it from the
rafters or stand it on its end.
The transom board allows for any short shaft gas engine weighing up to 56 lb orany size electric motor
with a 30" to 36" shaft
Locking RV mounts secure the porta-bote to RVs and fifth wheel trailers and are
also good for locking your porta-bote to a garage wall etc.
Optional Porta-dolly allows you to easily take your Porta-bote and gear to the water
